Members are not eligible for futher free trial offers within the same listing catagory i.e. High Level, Positive, Standard Listings. Mail-In listings are considered pre-payments.. In the event a mail-in listing is rejected your payment will be returned. In the event of cancellation, ad rejection or de-listing, any future recurring charges will stop, but any pre-payments are non-refundable. Payments made by e-check can take up to five to seven business days before listing due to the verification process.
EXPOSURE POLICY:
(Paid Advertisers Only) - Advertising or Listing with yardworkusa may cause your Listing(s) on yardworkusa.com website(s) to appear within the top rankings on major search engines. You understand and agree with our efforts to gain exposure on your behalf, to potential customers and clients. In the event of change or cancellation, High ranking search results may continue for a period of time. You understand and agree yardworkusa is not solely responsible for your gain or loss of business.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel your membership and remove your listing(s) at yardworkusa.com for any reason, anytime. Contact us via email (billing@yardworkusa.com) or select cancel membership. We do not accept ads for adult products and or services or suggestive ads for services. yardworkusa reserve the right to edit, reject or delete any listing for any reason at anytime. We would exercise this right if yardworkusa deems the matter unsuitable for it's intended purposes.
CHANGE POLICY:
You may change your listing(s) details based upon the Subscribtion type. If you have subscribed to High Level Listings & Positive Listings, you may submit up to two changes in a one month period. Standard Listings may submit change information once per month. Changes to Advertisement Listings (Equipment, Advertise, Banners, Logos, etc.) may be submitted once per month. Additional change requests may be submitted as needed, and reviewed for approval. All changes may take five to seven business days to appear on the site, upon approval from yardworkusa.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Yardworkusa does not sell, share, or give your personal information, including email addresses, mailing address, phone, etc. Yardworkusa does not accept responsibility for anyone who obtains your information as a result of visiting yardworkusa.com. If you receive SPAM, Junk Mail or sales oriented telephone calls, it is simply a result of advertising your services on the Internet, where marketers search for information.

We do not guarantee that your advertising campaign or listing will make you money or guarantee you work, but is an affordable way for you to expose your services via the Internet. In simple terms, yardworkusa does not take responsibility for your interactions with your customers. We explicitly do not take responsibility for any losses which may occur - NO EXCEPTIONS.

We do not guarantee that your listing will provide employment or
income. yardworkusa is not responsible for the screening or verification of any individuals. yardworkusa only offers visitors and clients a platform
